2. The following UFO sighting was reported to the SSD Command Post at 1730, 13 February 1964:

a. Description: A round object, about the size of a dime.

b. Course: Hovering over East Los Angeles and turning in very sharp circles, traveling in a southeasterly direction.

c. Manner of Observation: Vis
