a picture about U.F.O. I don't
know if this is important or
not. But, in 1956, June, three miles
West of Lumberport, N. Va. I seen
a bright-slowing object proceeding
west, at the altitude of 8000 ft., at
the speed of a one-engine airplane it's
shape (shown below).

SUBJECT: UFO Sighting

26 APR 1960

TO: SAFOI-3d (Naj Tacker)

1. The attached letter from Master is a brief description of a sighting which he experienced in June 1956.

2. This is a very old case, and will probably not be of much benefit to the Air Force. In addition, the facts of the case are probably very fuzzy in the witnesses memory.

3. It is suggested that a questionnaire, ATIC Form #164, be sent to Master. Sending this form may prevent much future correspo

Dear Master,

This is to acknowledge your letter of 4 April regarding the sighting of an unidentified flying object.

Your letter contains insufficient information for a valid conclusion. Request you complete the attached Air Force Questionnaire in regard to the sighting and forward the completed paper to the Aerospace Technical Intelligence Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
