1. An investigation of the reported UFO sightings on 7 August 1965 at Andrews, Texas and on 12 August 1965 at Happy, Texas (reference attachment #1) has been accomplished.

2. The following information is submitted on the sighting at Happy, Texas.

The family appeared hospitable and cooperative, answering all questions asked without drawing any conclusions. The children were well informed on UFO sightings in and around this area and had read numerous books and newspaper articles on the subject. The parents stated that the object did not appear to be a meteorite or an airplane since in their opinion it was slower than the former and faster than the latter. Amarillo Approach Control radar and the 688th AC&W Squadron had no contact with the object. Since there are no airways in the vicinity, the probab

Description - White climbing light
about 1000 feet of

Location - NE of SE
Pace & farm NE of Happy Texas
Description - a white light traveled over the sky in 10-15 seconds every clear night. I lost sight of it in the SE when I looked away.
The first was sighted by my brother and myself. The second by my father, my brother, my mother, and myself.
The believe these were not airplane nor satellite because of their nature and speed.
