Dear Sir:

On the night of May 10, 1964, at 9:15 p.m., Eastern Daylight Saving Time, we were outdoors, stargazing at [redacted] in Warrensville Hts., Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, when we saw an object in the southeastern sky slowly moving to the north across the eastern sky. 1. Reference the attached report from [redacted] and Charles Fedak reporting an unidentified flying object.

2. The object sighted by Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] was ECHO I. ECHO was to the South of the city at twelve degree elevation, moving northeast at the time of the sighting.

You both observed Echo I which was south of the city at 12° elevation, moving northeast at the time of the sighting.
