It was round & seemed to be traveling at a rather slow rate of speed almost following the Laurel Park City road. It was a rather clear night with no planes on my shift at about 9:45 I received a phone call from Mr. Al. Granger who also saw the object before I saw time didn't check.

The object I saw Feb 10 at 9:10 PM was
star like, blinking, bluish green, and slightly to
the west of Laurel when first seen. It was
traveling slow, almost directly west and went
over the horizon at near 9:30 PM. I could
hear no sound of any kind. It was
moving very slightly in an up & down
motion as it hauled out of sight. I
drove about 1 mile west of Laurel, and
observed the lights for the last 10 minutes
it was in sight, to prove for my own
satisfaction that it was something
beider an ordinary light.
