I, A/3c, Francis J. Wenzel, saw four (4) unidentified objects while standing outside the Fire Department Building at about 2315 local flying to the East. Then they went out of sight about five (5) minutes later they returned flying to the West. They remained in sight for one (1) or two (2) minutes, the both times I saw them.

c. 1st LT KELLEY, 1946th AACS Squadron, was interviewed 14 August 1952 relative to Radar indications of unidentified objects at 2300 hours, 11 August 1952. KELLEY stated that he had been Duty Officer at CPS-5 (Radar) Tempelhof Air Base at 2300 hours, 11 August 1952, and that alleged unidentified objects were not noticed on the Radar Screen at 2300 hours.
