Description: Several fine-balls were seen every night for a week, but only one at a time. Objects were first observed as a red glow of fire @ about 70° above horizon. (Over)

The light did not seem to move and it was impossible to say from where it came or how it came to its position in the sky. After a short while the "fire-ball" exploded causing a bright yellow-red lustre.

From position given, the "fire-balls" appeared in the main direction of CRANZ, 30 KM north of Kaliningrad.
