THE TAIL APPEARED TO BE FLAKING OR SPARKING OFF. OBJECT WENT LOW (IMPACT NOT OBSERVED) DID NOT RETURN

THE OFFICER WAS WEST OF AKRON ON RT-176 APPROACHING INTERSECTION OF R-18. THE OBJECT APPEARED SOUTH OF HIS POSITION
