Dear Sirs:

This information I am going to give you so about 4 months old when I run them but I have to tell someone about it. The only reason that I did not report this officer was because I did not know how until I send to the Dept of the Air Force any received an pamphlet on how to send the information but here it is.

5. Formation - like a 4 right side and upside down - it's more for a point than come very close together than the repeated.
