Information received on 8 Dec 60 from our OSI Detachment in Hartford, mnecticut, indicates that Subject UFO was observed by Mrs. GWENDOLYN JATKINS, Preston Road, Terryville, Connecticut, who subsequently furnished the information to Mr. Chesley. 3.
