Gentlemen:

On November 6, approximately 4:55 p.m., while traveling west in Oak Tree, a small town adjacent to South Plainfield, New Jersey, I noticed a very bright spot in the upper left hand corner of my windshield which distracted my attention. I pulled over to the shoulder of the road and watched this bright spot until it disappeared.

It appeared to be a bright silver at that hour, left no vapor trail, seemed to me to be traveling west and up at approximately 30
