2. Lights appeared to be at a 45-degree angle of elevation from point of the observer. Observer's automobile was traveling almost directly west and lights appeared at a 45-degree angle from the line of travel, or in a north-west position. 3. Lights appeared to be stationary and remained in same relative position until observation ceased. 4. No movement or direction of travel of lights was discernible. 5. Observer could not ascertain conditions as to cloud cover, ceiling, or temperature at time of sighting, but described the night as dry and good visibility.
