Dear Senator Dodd:

Recently you requested information on unidentified flying objects on behalf of [redacted] of New Milford, Connecticut.

I am enclosing two copies of FTD Form 164 which is used for submitting UFO reports to the Air Force. Mr. [redacted] should complete this form as completely as possible and return it to Hq USAF (AFOICC), Washington, D. C., 20330. The Air Force will evaluate the report and inform Mr. [redacted] of the results.

I am enclosing the report on Project Blue Book, the Air Force UFO project. This report depicts the status of this project to date.

Dear Sirs -

This is to report that on August 21, 1965 at 10 PM on Route U.S.T - 10 miles north of Danbury Connecticut three U.S.O's were sighted. They were circular objects, luminous, but rather hazy which made it impossible to estimate their height or size. They seemed to be playing some sort of game for they parted around in circles - cross-crossing each other's path for about 10 minutes - then as it by signal they "took off" at great speed and were almost instantly lost to sight. This phenomena was witnessed by four other
