Dear Sirs;

In regard to your news release February 6, 1962 anyone witnessing a PD to contact the nearest military base. At first we were not shure if we should say anything about it. After thinking we decided that we should contact you at once. Also would you send me some information on UPD's that is the title for my science fair project.
