At 12:33 A.M. on this day while walking our dog at the rear of the above address, my wife spotted an object of brilliant light intensity travelling with great speed in a Northerly direction. She immediately called me out of the house to see it. Her first question was whether or not we had any known sattelites traveling in a due South to due North direction. ADDITIONAL REMARKS BY OBSERVER: Immediately following the disappearance of the object I observed a single contrail that suggested a Jet aircraft. The contrail appeared almost directly overhead and on a course of 8E to 1E on a sweeping curve. The contrail was viewed East of the point of disappearance of the "object".
