1. Astro chart indicates bright, tumbling star ARCTURUS ENE at that time, and at rather high elevation (approx 50 degrees) near the position given by observer

2. As no weather given in report contacted 8th WX Sp. Weather at that time and place: "scattered - fast moving clouds"

3. Therefore, very bright star - being above

4. Scrambled fighters, and airliners up - nothing unusual noted.
