Sec. McNamara
Washington, D.C.

Dear Mr. McNamara,

I don't know where to send some information that I have regarding an unidentified object. It could have been a guided missel or a flying saucer. I don't think I can Saturday night about 11:30 AM I was on my back porch trying to get some fresh air as it was hot and also to gaze at the moon, which was in the west, straight ahead of me, it was a clear, still night, and all of a sudden toward my right side a golden ball appeared going west, coming from the east, it went straight for a second (West) then turned north,

strange flame appeared in the form of an oblong, then in a second it pattered out. The object looked like a golden sun, about 5 inches wide, round like an orange, it made no sound, even with the explosion, it was a low ceiling (by low ceiling), I mean it wasn't high in the sky. A few years ago I saw a green light flying on a curve like this, but the green object was small in comparison.

Sincerely,
