The second incident was reported to the Reporting Officer by a U.S. citizen working for Edificio Rimao, 4th floor, Lima (a mining concern). He reported that on 11 and 12 November at Sunchobamba (spelled Sunchabamba - 7°46'S; 78°39'W on WAC 1011), as a guest on hacienda he observed an object that hasly appeared to be a balloon, although it was too high to identify. It is visible 24 hours a day and shines very brightly at night. He stated it was definitely not a star, being much too low. This object has also been observed for a period of two weeks and plotted by a native German named who runs a
