COMMENTS: Mr. [redacted] during phone interview seemed to be reliable until further probing found that he had been in the Air Force and seemed to feel he was an authority on contrails, aircraft shapes, etc. Further probing found that he observed someone signaling by light in morse code (SOS) to the object.
