UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT REPORT The time was 10 minutes til 4:00 P.M., Monday, 25 August 1952. We were coming from the West Area to the North Area. Just as we hit the water tower I looked north of the water tower, and I noticed an object in the air, and it was going too fast. I stopped the truck and took a good look at it. I saw it circle about three or four times and looked to see what it was. It was no balloon because a balloon floats in the air real slow compared to the way that thing was going.
