Mr. Iba is temporarily residing at Cordell Hall, Oklahoma A & M Campus, Stillwater, le What I saw looked like two (2) search light flashes that varied back and forth, one hitting right on top of the other. They would flash back and forth and then center on onee It looked like the beam came from the ground. You could see part of the beam at times and other times it would fade completely out.
