TAYLOR was interviewed by $/A KEITH and the writer aboard the SS Key Trader, a tanker owned by the C. J. Phibodeaux Ship Lines, which is commanded by TAYLOR. TAYLOR related the following circumstances concerning the sighting of a rocket by the Chief Mate and him while aboard his snip at sea several weeks past. 3.
