MADE A SHARP RIGHT TURN — HEADED DUE WEST OF THIS TOWN. I DID NOT NOTICE ANY JET-LIKE EXHAUST FLAMES OR TRAILS.

THIS ALL HAPPENED IN ABOUT TWO MINUTES.
ESTIMATED ACTITUDE OF A/C: 20,000 FT.

DURING PAST WEEK, SOME THREE OR FOUR FLYING SAUCER INCIDENTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN THIS AREA (SPRINGDALE, TARENTUM AND ARNOLD, PA.) IN LOCAL NEWSPAPER.

Weather-Clear. 2353 Hours E.D.S.T.

From my bed-room window last night (Sunday night), I report that I observed some sort of strange A/C flying aloft.

I heard a sound similar to that of heavy trucks tires as they whine on a wet highway - then a roar of a motor as in pre-flight warm-up.
