On 28 September 1960, Special Agent Robert H. Atkisson, Detachment 1105, of the Office of Special Investigations, Tulsa, Oklahoma, was contacted by Mrs. [redacted] at King Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. [redacted] advised that she and her husband had sighted a strange object in the sky on approximately 15 September 1960. She explained her delay in reporting the sighting to the OSI as being afraid she would appear foolish.
