2. Wes AB Gambel 19/2320Z as folls: whir ovc 20000 ft, 520, temp plus 8, wind NNW 6 knots, few scattered cumulus. Pers making this sighting stated wea conditions from Gambel to fog bank to North were clear and estimated as suitable for reconn opns from viewpoint of unidentified acft.

3. Comment: AF pers Gambel advise that heavy fog off Gambel at time sighting was at greater distance than reported by observers of the acft. It is believed
