1. This activity has received a report of the sighting of a flying disk in the vicinity of Monroe, Michigan on 21 June, 1949.

2. The report was made by Mr. [redacted], Monroe, Michigan, who states, "At 9:24 (a.m.), June 21, 1949, directly over Monroe, Michigan, among several Naval aircraft, a flying disk-like top, with heavy center section - traveled southwest - disappearing within two seconds - it was travelling
