SUBJECT: Unidentified Flying Objects 23 July 64

TO: Foreign Technology Division

1. This UFO was reported by Mrs. [redacted] of Texarkana, Texas.

2. The objects that were reported were round and approximately the size of an orange (1) and ping pong balls (3).

3. The reported color of the objects was that they were only white blurs.

4. The number of reported UFO's were four, which had no formation, details, exhaust, sound, or special features.
