1. Reference the attached unidentified object report from Mr . The previous letter from Mr was answered on 30 March 1965. At that time he was forwarded a fact sheet. Mr observed an object on the night of 13 October 1965, which he believed to be the separation of a satellite booster and a subsequent passage of a satellite in orbit. I would like to inform you about a recent observation made on 13 October 1965. If this does not interest you, please let me know, so as not to trouble you unnecessarily. Approximately a month ago I sent you an interesting file - an old observation pertaining to an unidentified object called a flying saucer. Did you receive this material?

So far, neither the newspapers nor the radio have mentioned the fall of the object. I have not mentioned the observation either - I might be considered deranged.

Perhaps some of the residue was spread over the fields or woods and will be located one day without it then being possible to determine their origin.

cel, cet atos que mon attention se porte sur une itrile extrêmement hillaule presque a la verticale de Paris mais plus a l'est de cette ville. (il est d'ailleurs difficile sans clu spéculer d'évalue' la verticale d'une chose a haute attitude) cela me paraisant anormal, il est encore jour bien que le soleil est couchant, je pense un moment a Venus, puis mon attention est detournée peut ete deun ou trois secondes, je leve la tete a nouveau pour approfondir a myotere l'itrile avait dispense, il start 18h 21 - a la meme place je pu observer un long panache de vapeur blanche representant des milley…

Il est peut-être possible que ces restes se disséminé dans la campagne ou les bois, et on les rencontre un jour sans appréender d'où il peuvent venir.
