This letter is merely for the purpose of allowing you, based on your knowledge of me, to evaluate some of the reports that have been coming out on unidentified flying objects.

Upon observing the star or satellite thusly it became immediately apparent that it was nothing such as we had ever seen before. As we viewed it, all of the lights, as hereafter described, were on the right side commencing at a point, if it were the face of a clock, at 1:00 o'clock as the uppermost boundary and 3:00 o'clock as the lowermost boundary. The left two-thirds of the star itself appeared to vary from dark orange to yellow to white in the center.
