M7 Spokane Object sighted at Fairchild AFB # 03108 Permanent Bullman Leonard 03008 Source said General Director of M7 Spokane and three times as high. Bullman would have be at about 18,000' at 03178 when source lost sight of it. Bullman clearly at 18,000' est.
