1. The attached letter on unusual object sighting received by this organization on 20 September 1957 is forwarded in accordance with paragraph 7, AFR 200-2, dated 12 August 1954.

2. Prescribed AF Forms 112 and 112a are not immediately available at this unit or support base.

Subject: Declared vision of Flying Saucer

Dear Sir:

On Thursday, September 5th, 1957 at approximately 2:30 P.M., one of our citizens, Mrs. [redacted] of the village of Archbold, Ohio reported to me that she viewed a Flying Saucer in the northeast section of this area and Mrs. [redacted] of Ney, Ohio also verified that she [redacted] also viewed this Flying Saucer in the same direction.

They declare it was a bright object of oval shape shining like the reflection of a mirror,
