Mr. Secretary:

Thank you for your letter. I got last year regarding our fleet of laid up ships.

Also I am glad that Mr. Coldwater did not get into office as I knew he said he was going to fire you, that would have been his biggest mistake.

Something else, I would like to get a few answers and information, and I hope to give you some ideas.

I would like to know if we have any satelites running on a North-to-South course that can be seen with the unaided eye, also one on a South-to-North course. I have seen 4 different or the same two.

At this time I would like to make a suggestion that might help this troubled world.

The Russians & Red China are out to get this country, and will stop at nothing until they do.

I have had something else for them to worry about. We could make progress while they were worrying. This is where the UFO could come in handy. We almost have enough proof to say they are inter-plantary, so why not? We can't prove otherwise.
