While working in my field last spring, and again a few days ago, I found some strips of tin foil scattered over my field. I have been wondering if they had any significance, and how they got there, and what they were used for.

Reference letter from Mr [redacted], copy attached, the strips of foil cannot be positively identified; however, it is suspected that it was dropped from a USAF aircraft. For a more positive identification, request Mr [redacted] send as many of these strips as possible to ATIC.
