Following report compiled in accordance with AFR 200-2, paragraph 7.d.

(1) Description of the object
(a) Isosceles triangle, base of triangle approximately 1/2 to 1/3 as long as legs of triangle.
(b) Object could be covered by a golf ball held at arms length from the observer.
(c) Silver
