SUBJECT: Unidentified Flying Object Report 5 April 1966

Mrs. [redacted] of [redacted] in Waukesha called the Information Officer of the 440th Troop Carrier Wing to report what she thought was an Unidentified Flying Object. The following basic reporting data is submitted:

1. Description of the Object:
a. Shape - Round
b. Size Compared to a Known Object - Baseb

c. Description of Flight Path and Maneuvers of Object? She and her husband got out of the car and observed the object. They went back into the car when the object started to move and flew above their car.

d. How did the object disappear? He tried to start their car but it would not start. Mrs. wanted to know if this was a common occurrence with Unidentified Flying Objects affecting motors and engines. The object disappeared from the overhead position and the car started.

e. How long was the object visible? The object was seen for about 5 minutes.
