On February at approximately 11:25 am, a former U.S. Army intelligence officer, along with four other members of his unit, observed a UAP over the Cheyenne Mountains as they exited their office building. described the day as the perfect "blue bird" sky as there were no clouds, little humidity, with a temperature of approximately 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
