1. In accordance with paragraph 906 of JCAOF Interim Change 1 to
COMAC 55-1, 15 February 1956, the following report of unidentified
flying objects is made. This unit is not presently in possession of
AF Forms 112 and 112a, so, for this report the format indicated in
cited reference will be used.

a. Description of the object:

(1) Shape: Undefined because of small size.

(2) Size: Head of pin. I questioned whether or not it could
be a bright star.

(3) Color: Metallic gray.

(5) I stopped watching to go into my house for binoculars. I was unable to relocate the object.

(6) I watched it continuously for about one minute. I relocated it three or four times for shorter intervals.

(1) Ground visual.

(2) With and without polaroid sun glasses.

(2) Clear, daylight.
