Gentlemen:

In a fact sheet sent me recently by your public information officer at the Secretary's office I was asked to contact you if I observed anything which I believed to possess the qualities of a UFC. I should have received this sooner because on March 1 and June 5 of this year there were a few interesting occurrences witnessed by yours truly and two others for the first and one other for the second.

1. We have received two complete FTD forms 164 from Mr. [redacted] of Middleboro, Massachusetts. He has requested an Air Force evaluation on these two sightings.

2. The sighting of 1 March 1964 is evaluated as mininterpretation of conventional objects. The duration of one hour 41 minutes contains several sightings of multiple objects. No time motion sequence can be interpreted from the data presented. Some characteristics of balloons, aircraft, and astronomical bodies are present. The motion and relation to various objects is c
