4. APPEARED TO BE THE TAIL OF THE BIG DIPPER HOW EVER IT STARTED MOVING UP AND TO THE SIDE IN VERY SWIFT MOVEMENTS FT WORTH CENTER RADAR HAD A RETURN FROM THE GENERAL AREA. AN F4C WAS IN THE AREA AND FLEW TO THE AREA BUT NOTHING WAS OBSERVIED.
