R. 9-29-60 Dear Sir: In the early morning of Sept 14th 1960, at 8:30 AM I have sighted an object due we approaching toward me (due east) my first thought was the echo I then it dawned on me that it was not possible at the time. This (UFO) was the same brightness as the echo I. Several minutes later it made a 90° turn almost due south. This was when I realized this was not a man made object.
