We are living in St. Gallen Switzerland and have observed on Tuesday 14th August some kind of a missile or satellite flying at a night of approx. 15'000 to 15'000 feet. On 7 October 1963 Mrs Irene M Francis and five additional observers witnessed a bright light. From the report it was impossible to determine the source of this light and her sighting is carried as unidentified.
