UNCLASSIFIED DETAILS: 1. This investigation predicated upon a directive (AFCSI Letter No. 85) dated 12 August 1949, to report all sightings of unidentified flying objects. AT HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, NEW MEXICO 2.
