190.63 February 19, 1964 Dear Mrs. [redacted] Reference is made to the sighting you observed on October 19, 1963, which was investigated and evaluated by the United States Air Force. It is believed that the object you observed was the setting or refraction of Mars or Antares. On the date of 19th October, while walking along a main road of Burmencroft, Hants: at approximately 6 P.M. low cloud, no lifting anywhere; I looked left words, westwords out to my pleasure and interest I saw a gliding furnished bronze-gold vehicle flying together words, I believe it to be made of strontium.
