1. On Monday, 21 April 1952, at approximately 2130 hours, a call was received from Professor [redacted] of Jamesville, New York, by the 4673rd Ground Observer Squadron, Syracuse, New York. Prof. [redacted] reported sighting unusual objects from his home in Jamesville. The duty officer reported this information to the Chief Controller at the MDCC immediately.
