DETAILS:

1. This investigation is predicated upon receipt of a Routing and Record Sheet, dated 13 May 1949 from W. R. CLINGERMAN, Colonel, Chief, Technical Intelligence Division (MCIAXS), Headquarters, Air Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, who received information hereinafter set forth regarding the sighting of alleged flying objects in the vicinity of Gilchrist Beach, Galveston, Texas in June 1948. This information was received by letter dated 4 March 1949 from Mr. [redacted], Beaumont, Texas.

Wasiewicz, a member of the Office of Special Investigation U.S.A.F., without threat, promise or duress. Special Agent Wasiewicz has advised me of my rights that I do not have to make any statement oral or written.
