CLINGERMAN, Colonel, Chief, Technical Intelligence Division (MCIAXS), Headquarters, Air Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, who received information hereinafter set forth regarding the sighting of alleged flying objects in the vicinity of Gilchrist Beach, Galveston, Texas in June 1948.
