March 19, 1964 Silver Spring, Md. Dear Sir: After spotting a "UFO" I called NASA which referred me to a division of Andrew's Airforce Base, which in turn referred me to you. I am inclosing the data on I (two) "UFO" visual sighting. I personally have words. This first one was on Sept 27, 1962 at 9:30 EDT P.M. at Hills Opts Widdonfield N.J. They determined that I would be though stating it too much that building visibility was good but with a near full moon. The second sighting was on March 14, 1964 at 1:42 in the A.M. with nearly fine visibility and just a but of ground haze. It was at the present address. At the time I was plotting meteor paths for a science fair project.
