THE TOWER OPERATOR ; WHO SAW THE OBJECT THE LONGEST, WAS DEFINITE THAT T WAS A FLARE AS SHE HAD WITNESSED THOSE SIGHTINGS BEFORE IN THE SAME AREA, AND WAS ABLE TO PINPOI T THE EXACT TIME. JET AIRCRAFT WERE RULED OUT AS NO SOUND WAS HEARD BY OBSERVERS OUTSIDE, AND NO JETS WERE KNOWN TO BE IN THE PAGE THREE RJKDLA 7 AREA AT THE TIME.
