Dear Sir:-

Because of an unusual sighting and having seen your name mentioned in our local newspaper, I would like to report the following incident:-

On the evening of 14 Nov 64 @ approx. 21:40 hrs. while studying the constellations with 2-10 yr. old girls, their aunt and a Dr. Rudy Martin at the rear of a residence (73rd St. and Bussleigh - Milw.) - three, reddish-hued objects, in a straight line in a N-S axis, appeared in the eastern sky in the area b

of yours. The estimated time of travel from east to west was approx. 5-6 seconds. There did not appear to be any sound, they were redelicted, estimated magnitude 2-3 and appeared to have size, (no still configuration). There may have been a faint 2 luminosity following near the objects but this did not appear to begin or last in any way in the manner of motion trials which I have observed before.

Reference the attached UFO sighting, 14 Nov 64. We have not come up with a solution to Dr Wagner's observation.

Request an evaluation in order that we may inform Dr Wagner of the cause of the sighting. SAFOI in Washington is
