Narrative
At 15/1980Z November 1955 (night), a ground visual observer at the 670th ACWRON observed a round orange-to-red bright object. The object was sighted at 45 degrees elevation/340 azimuth initially, moving to 10 degrees elevation/340 azimuth in a straight-down path. Total duration in sight was approximately 2 seconds. Weather was clear, dry, cool. Preparing officer Captain Clifford E. Brant, Intelligence Officer, suggested the flight path and length of time in sight suggested the UFOB was probably a meteor.
