Narrative

On 21 March 1955 at 2202Z, a civilian in Procurement and Supply at North American Aviation, Edwards AFB observed a formation flying in a V-shape pattern. The objects gained altitude during the sighting. Investigation by Capt William D. Raymond of Hq ARTIC, Edwards AFB definitively established the sighting was caused by a flock of geese.
